Welcome to TalentRuby. These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms", "EULA") govern your access to and use of the TalentRuby web application (talentruby.com) and mobile applications (iOS, Android, macOS under bundle identifier com.sandbaystechnologies.talentruby), operated by Sandbays Technologies LLC ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use TalentRuby. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep your credentials secure.
2.1 License Grant: Sandbays Technologies LLC grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and execute the TalentRuby application on supported devices owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal career advancement.
2.2 Restrictions: You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, modify, adapt, sublicense, or commercially exploit the application binaries or underlying AI inference models.
TalentRuby provides AI-assisted career tools including ATS keyword fit scoring, experience bullet point rewriting using STAR/XYZ frameworks, and interview preparation. All recommendations are generated algorithmically for editorial assistance. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the truthfulness and accuracy of all resume content before submitting it to employers.
TalentRuby is built to articulate your authentic career achievements. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing AI rewriting tools to fabricate employment history, invent false credentials, or misrepresent professional metrics.
5.1 Pricing Tiers: TalentRuby offers Free Trial, Rapid Pass ($4.99 one-time), Standard Seeker ($8.99/mo or $64.99/yr), and Pro Hunter ($18.99/mo or $149.99/yr) plans.
5.2 Web Payments: Web transactions are processed securely through Stripe with PCI-DSS Level 1 encryption.
5.3 Mobile In-App Purchases: Mobile purchases are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the active billing period in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
5.4 Non-Refundable: All fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable local law or store policies.
You retain 100% full copyright and ownership rights over your underlying resumes, profile details, and generated application documents. TalentRuby™ is a trademark of Sandbays Technologies LLC (USPTO Serial # 50126292). TalentRuby and Sandbays Technologies LLC retain all intellectual property rights in our trademarks, software, design tokens, and Ruby AI persona assets.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in the event of Terms violations, automated scraping, botting, or abuse of API rate limits.

TalentRuby aggregates publicly indexable job postings from external APIs. All job titles, employer logos, and company trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. TalentRuby is an independent platform operated by Sandbays Technologies LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or any employer.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargoes or designated as a prohibited party.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU AND SANDBAYS TECHNOLOGIES LLC AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION IN FULTON COUNTY, STATE OF GEORGIA, RATHER THAN IN COURT. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
TalentRuby is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Sandbays Technologies LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use or employment outcomes.
